Robin Parsons was sub-contracted by Communicatto Inc. to co-develop a marketing strategy for Operation Lifesaver, a rail safety program funded by the Railway Association of Canada and Transport Canada. Her role was as team lead – planning and executing the activity, with the ultimate deliverable being a marketing plan (document) acceptable to the client. Robin exhibited great insight, a keen strategic sensibility, an excellent work ethic, tremendous collaborative skills (both client facing and internal) and solid project management skills. Her market research brought fresh eyes and data to bear on our conclusions and recommendations. While the final document is still awaiting presentation and approval, our client has been kept in sync and has approved various mid-point and interim checks all along the way. Robin’s work has been exemplary and we will be working with her again.
